How it works

Small steps, priced in advance, in order.

You never buy the big thing first. The ladder starts with clarity, moves to one well-chosen build, and only becomes a relationship if the results earn it. Here’s each rung.

Audit ~2 weeks · Builds 2–6 weeks · Partner monthly

    The Opportunity Audit

Fixed price · about 2 weeks

We study how your business actually runs and hand you a prioritized roadmap: every automation opportunity, what it pays back, and a fixed price to build it. If nothing’s worth building, the roadmap says so. It’s yours to keep either way.

  2. 02

    The first Build

Most builds: 2–6 weeks · price already on the roadmap

Usually the roadmap’s #1 item — highest payoff, clearest scope. The price was set in the audit, so there’s no second negotiation. We build it around how your team already works, they start using it, and the hours start coming back.

    EchoNova Partner

    Monthly · cancel anytime

If the first build proves itself, Partner keeps the momentum: continuous improvements, small automations that don’t need a full project, support from people who know your systems, and a quarterly pass over the roadmap.

    Team Enablement, woven through

    Workshops · setup · playbooks

At every step, your team learns to run what we build — and the AI tools around it. Training is usually bundled into builds and Partner plans rather than sold alone.

The honest answer

Why is this so much cheaper than the quotes you've seen?

Because the way software gets built changed. Our developers work with AI-assisted tools that write, test, and rework code at a pace that was impossible three years ago. The judgment — what to build, what to leave out, whether it’s actually right for a 20-person distributor — is human, and stays human. The typing got fast.

That’s roughly a ten-times change in the economics of building software. Big companies are already paying the new price. We think the local dental group, the contractor, and the property manager should be paying it too.

One thing we don’t do: sell you “AI” as the product. AI is why the price is small. What you buy is the tool that works, the hours that come back, and the phone that stops ringing.

Ownership

If we disappeared tomorrow, everything keeps running

  • The code lives in a repository owned by your account.
  • The data lives in your database, exportable any day you like.
  • Hosting, domains, and services are registered to you — we’re just added as help.
  • Documentation ships with every build, written so another developer could pick it up cold.

No lock-in, ever. It's the fourth promise, and the one that makes the other three safe to believe.

Find out what your business repeats — and what fixing it is worth.

The Opportunity Audit: fixed price, about two weeks. You get a prioritized roadmap with a payoff estimate and a build price on every line. The roadmap is yours to keep either way.
